Collaborative Educational Programs for the Americas

CEPA was founded and developed by Dr. Fred Rodriguez in 1995.  It is an innovative approach for developing leaders through ethical, interdisciplinary and international leadership. CEPA embraces vision, risk, and change for promoting independent, innovative and creative thinkers.

Goals and Objectives


1. Establish a center for the study of ethical leadership for a democratic society.

2. Design innovative and creative educational paradigms to assist with reform initiatives for improving leadership throughout the Americas.

3.Prepare visionary educational leaders and establish programs which focus on leadership as a sharing process involving all community members in an interdisciplinary & international setting,

4. Promotes international outreach for increasing mutual understanding between nations to strengthen the ties which unite us by demonstrating educational and cultural interests and development.
