To prepare leaders to meet the challenges of tomorrow, this conference will focus on leadership models which deal with the emerging trends in globalization. Ethical, interdisciplinary and international leadership are the three components driving this conference.

We are interested in submissions that are both conceptual and empirically-based research papers, abstracts, student papers, case studies and work-in-progress reports, representing the application of various theoretical lenses to explain the relationships between ethical leadership and its relationship to a global perspective.

The conference will provide opportunities for collaboration between professionals, researchers, practitioners, and graduate students from multiple disciplines. Graduate students are strongly encouraged to participate.

Because of your leadership background and interest we invite you to join us. This is a premier opportunity for you to be involved and to share your ideas on what specifically needs to be done to improve the quality of leadership. Conferences such as this which deal with strategies and policies for the 21st century have never been more important!  The great work produced from this conference will not only go on to serve our future leaders, but leaders world-wide.

A Scholarly Peer Review Selection Process!
